三．项目概况：
3.1、根据C673-R项目的开发和澳大利亚市场开拓的需要，长安拟寻找潜在合作伙伴协助针对C673-R项目进入澳大利亚市场的满足性评估和当地段认证实施。
3.2、技术要求：详见C673-R项目澳大利亚当地段认证 技术要求（采购文件P33页）。

6.3、供应商非“三无”供应商（“三无”供应商是指无实缴注册资本、无参保人员、无生产经营场所等无生产加工能力的“空壳”供应商）（提供：国家企业信用信息公示系统查询报告，网址：https://www.gsxt.gov.cn/corp-query-homepage.html，如查询结果与实际不符，针对实缴注册资本请提供银行入账回单（转账记录备注投资或实缴）加盖公章；针对参保人员信息请提供社保局出具的社保证明加盖公章）。

八. 费用结算办法：
费用由重庆长安汽车股份有限公司（采购人）与供应商（中选方）结算，具体结算办法如下：
付款方式：项目完成经甲方（重庆长安汽车股份有限公司）验收合格后付款，当月挂账次月付款

III. Project Overview:
3.1.Based on the development of the C673-R project and the needs of exploring the Australian market, Changan plans to seek potential partners to assist in the compliance assessment and local certification implementation for the C673-R project entering the Australian market.
3.2. Technical requirements: For details, please refer to the Technical Requirements for "C673-R Project AUS homoligation" (See page 33 of the Procurement Document).

The fee shall be settled by Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., LTD. (the purchaser) and the supplier (the selected party). The specific settlement method is as follows:
Payment method：Payment will be made the next month after the project is completed and accepted by Party A (Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., LTD.).
